$250 non-profit special event fee

A copy of Organization's Non-Profit stutus is required!

Fee includes one camera coverage for up to 1.5 hrs.

 

A. Organization can pay $260 for an event service which includes three (3) DVDs.

 

OR

 

B. An individual representing the Organization may sell DVDs at $20 each.

So, if at least 13 DVDs are bought for each event, the non-profit organization does not have to pay the fee.

 

Payment:

 

If the non-profit organization decides to go by route “A” they can pay by check made for $250.

 

If route B is taken, then forms will be made by MSProductions and given out before/after the special event, so that individuals may fill out the forms and turn them into either an MSP representative during the event or turn them into the non-profit organization’s office within one week after the event. Ten days after the event the non-profit organization will need to make a check made out for the amount they received along with the returned forms. A copy of the organization's non-profit status is also required.

 

Within 3 weeks individuals will receive their DVDs they bought

They can either be mailed* or picked up from a prior selected place.
